  On February 9, 2013, The Temescal Palms Masonic Lodge had its 117th Annual Valentines Sweetheart Dinner and Dance at the Lodge. The Worshipful Master’s Timelessly Lovely Wife, Kelly Padilla, who was the only person present who has attended all of the previous 116 Valentines Sweetheart Dance’s, has assured all that this by far was the best ever!!! This year the group was smaller, but the most fun people were in full attendance, and they were inspired by an out of this world menu. Riverside Lodge Presents 50 Year Pin To Brother James Stocks

Brother  James  Stocks  received  his  Golden Veteran (50 yr) Award  at  Riverside Lodge on Feb. 7,2013 .  His wife, Rosie had the honor of  pinning him.   Inspector, John Channon , officiated the ceremony with W.M. Steve Morrison and  Wor. Lee Cleveland  assisting. The  new, long-form,  ceremony was used  for the program which was  very appreciated by the  recipient, his wife , and the brethren and  families  present. James  Stocks  began his  residence in Riverside in 1945,  spent 38 yrs  with  SCE serving in such places as  El Segundo,  Mojave,  Big Creek,   and  Rosemead working with  steam and hydroelectric plants,  then…

163rd Annual Communications

    Lewrana and I flew to San Francisco on Wednesday, September 19th to prepare for this year’s Annual Communications. San Francisco greeted us with lovely blue skies and 70 degree weather, which was a welcome change from the 90 degree weather we had in Riverside. We enjoyed a delightful Italian dinner that evening with the other Assistant Grand Lecturers and their wives. On Thursday we met with the Grand Lodge officers and their wives for a review of the weekend’s activities, which was followed by a ritual practice for the Grand Lodge officers. Third Degree At Hemet Lodge

  On Tuesday, September 11th, Brother Tony Martin was raised to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason in Hemet Lodge #615. Lodge was opened and the First Section conferred by Worshipful Anthony McLean and his corps of officers from Temecula Catalina Island Lodge #524. Members of the Division VIII Degree Team conferred the second section of the degree and Worshipful Frank Postmus, PM, delivered the lecture. Grand Lecturer Holds Master Mason’s School For Division 8

  The Grand Lecturer, the Very Worshipful Jack M. Rose, conducted the Division’s Master Mason’s class on Saturday, July 14th at Evergreen Lodge in Riverside. At least 60 Mason’s were in attendance for the exemplification of the 3rd Degree. The degree was presented in an exemplary manner by members from Temecula-Catalina Island Lodge, presenting the 1st section of the degree, and the Division 8 Degree Team executing the 2nd section. Redlands RAM #77 Hosted Steak Dinner

  Redlands RAM #77 hosted a tri-tip steak dinner and home-made  cherry/chocolate cake with 7-toasts in open Table Lodge for Master Masons and  guest to learn more about the York Rite and Freemasonry.Fifty-five RSVP guests were in attendance and enjoyed the fellowship,  Masonic education, and experience of an open Table Lodge.  A photo was requested of the event but the cameraman never left his plate see photo. Redlands Lodge #300 will be hosting its roast-the-master  fundraising dinner on August 25 at 6:30pm.  All Masons, family, and  friends are invited.  If you are impressed with the tri-tip steak dinner, you won't want  miss…
