I had the great honor to present Jamie Back her seven thousand dollar scholarship at the San Jacinto High School in June. Reading  resumes from students like this are inspiring. Ms. Back graduated from San Jacinto High School this year with a G.P.A. of 3.98. That is just the surface of Ms. Back. She is a bright and competent individual with strong qualities and understands what it takes to be successful. She has participated in the Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP) since her freshman year in high school.

After attending academic advising, testing preparation, college application workshop and campus visits , Ms. Back choose Fullerton State College. She will per sue a Doctorate Degree In the medical field. And has aspirations to become a medical Doctor.

This is what Masonry is all about, helping people achieve their goals.

"Let's Go To Las Vegas"

July 2, 2012

San Jacinto had their program, ”Let’s Go to Las Vegas”, with Seniors On Stage, on June 15, 2012 at Hans Christianson Middle School in Menifee. The proceeds from the evening went to the Grand Master’s project, “Raising A Reader”. The evening included 25 acts, that consisted of stand up comedians, such as “Larry the Cable Guy”, an operatic aria performed by Jan Milos, an Hawaiian dance performed by Barbara Leone accompanied by her husband Vince Leone singing “Blue Hawaii” and moving renditions of the gospel song “All Rise” by Arlene Fisher and “America the Beautiful” sung by Leonard Fisher.  The program offered something for everyone.  The PTA from the school also participated and sold light refreshments to those in attendance.

San Jacinto Lodge, including the M.C., Jim Ridley and their Inspector, Russ Baldauf, did an outstanding job producing this production. We wish to thank the members of the Lodge, who helped put this show together, coordinated with Seniors on Stage, made arrangements for the school, the insurance that was required and the millions of other details that necessary to check off to make this event the success it was.

Interview With Diane Greenfield Seniors On Stage

June 14, 2012

On Thu, March 1, 2012 we interviewed several actors from the Seniors on Stage which was a lot of fun and very interesting. We met “Larry the cable guy” who is portrayed by Jack Aten and several other actors and even met the Producer/ Director. I understand several other portrayals are scheduled to be on stage at this event which is  last about one and a half to two hours long.

Seniors on Stage are presenting a Vegas style variety show for San Jacinto Lodge #338 at Hans Christensen Middle School at 6:30pm on June 15, 2012.  The address for the school is 27625 Sherman Rd, Menifee, Ca. 92586.

Admission is only $5.00 for children 6 to 13 and $10.00 for 14 and up. Children under 6 years old are admitted free of charge.

All proceeds are dedicated to our “Raising-a-Reader” program. This program is designed to put books in kindergartners homes that otherwise would have no books to read. San Jacinto Lodge #338 is sponsoring this program and we expect to have over 200 in attendance.

Food will be available through the school’s P.T.A. program. And the profits from the food goes to helping the school P.T.A. program.

For tickets you can contact either Jim Ridley at (951) 329-8854 or Russ Bauldaulf at (951) 677-6716.

This variety show promises to be funny and very entertaining for all ages. So please make plans to come out and support our “Raising-a-Reader” program. Several of our local schools will benefit from this program. If you can’t make the show, please call one of the contacts and support our local children with a donation of any size.
