Palm Springs Lodge 693 Presents Golden Veteran Award

file://localhost/Users/franklinlee/Desktop/Palm%20Springs%20Golden%20Veteran%20Award%202012/DSC04064.JPG Brother Fogle graduated from El Paseo, Texas High School in 1946.  He also received greetings from his Uncle Sam and was enrolled in Basic Training in the Army.  After Basic Training he was trained to be Solider in the 82nd Airborne, Tank Battalions and in the Corp of Engineers.  Then the Army liked him so well they sent him home and told him to get a college education.  So he enrolled in the University of Texas at El Paseo.  The military liked the good grades he was maintaining so well, they invited him to flight school in 1949. Redlands Lodge # 300 Presents Golden Veteran Award

  April 16, 2012 Redlands Lodge #300 presented Worshipful Elmer Pfonner with his Golden Veteran Award.  His son, Dwight Pfonner, who is also a Past Master of San Dimas lodge 428, is a Marine currently serving in Iraq.  He took leave to come home to participate in this special ceremony for his father.  Many members, friends, and over 50 family members attended the dinner and ceremony.

Temecula Catalina Island Lodge #524 Presents 50 Year Golden Veteran Award

  Temecula Catalina Island Lodge presented a Golden Veterans award at their stated meeting on Monday, April 2, 2012, to Brother Ralph Wetmore. The pin was presented by the Master, Worshipful Anthony McLean, and Brother Wetmore’s wife of 43 years, Jenny. They were also joined by the Temecula Job’s Daughters Bethel #187, who prepared the dinner that evening. Brother Wetmore is still a very active member of the Lodge. Delmar Bittle Receives Golden Veterans Award

  At San Jacinto’s March stated meeting, Del Bittle, Past Master of San Jacinto Lodge #338, was presented his 50-year pin from Russ Baldauf, Inspector of the 826th Masonic district. His wife Mary Jane participated in this special occasion by pinning the beautiful pin to his lapel. Worshipful Del was initiated into Howard Lodge #4 in New Franklin, Missouri in 1961 and demitted to San Jacinto Lodge in 1981.
