Bro. Bill Stines was honored on September 4, 2013 at Evergreen Lodge in Riverside with the Golden Veterans Award (50 year membership) . Prior to the ceremony , more than 50 attended the dinner . Lynnette Channon cooked up chicken fried steak, fresh mashed potato, corn, rolls, salad , and her cherry/pineapple dessert. Jobs Daughters of Bethel 264 served the dinner . Following the dinner, Greg Covel, Master of Evergreen introduced the Past Grand Masters and turned the program over to the Assistant Grand Lecturer, Frank Lee to perform the ceremony. Bill and Norma were escorted into the Lodge room by the Marshal , Brent Bjornstad. . Wor. Lee made the presentation of the award and Norma pinned it on Bill. The biography was read by Wor. Vic Ropac and the chaplain was Wor. Chuck Scalf. Following the presentation and the certificate , Bill Stines thanked the many who were responsible for the event and those who played a large part in his masonic career in Blue Lodge, Scottish Rite, York Rite and Shrine.

Brother Bob Bequin was honored at Temescal Palms Lodge in Corona for his 50 years of membership at a dinner and presentation on August 6, 2013. His bio was read by the Master of the Lodge, Worshipful Michael Padilla. Many members from the Corona Circle City Shirne Club were also in attendance, supporting their long time member. Frank Lee, AGL of Division 8, presented Brother Bequin with his 50 year certificate and pin.

Brother James Stocks received his Golden Veteran (50 yr) Award at Riverside Lodge on Feb. 7,2013 . His wife, Rosie had the honor of pinning him. Inspector, John Channon , officiated the ceremony with W.M. Steve Morrison and Wor. Lee Cleveland assisting. The new, long-form, ceremony was used for the program which was very appreciated by the recipient, his wife , and the brethren and families present.
James Stocks began his residence in Riverside in 1945, spent 38 yrs with SCE serving in such places as El Segundo, Mojave, Big Creek, and Rosemead working with steam and hydroelectric plants, then another 12 yrs as a consultant and instructor.
He was raised as a Master Mason on Sept 27, 1962.

Golden Anniversary, 50- yr. Award is presented to Bro. Joseph E. Davis following Fellowship Lodge's dinner in honor of his half-century commitment to the Craft's principal tenents of Freemasonry: brotherly love, relief, and truth. Bro. Davis was,pinned by his gracious wife, Betty, as many friends and brethren express their affection with much applause.
Four other Golden Award recipients added their individual welcome to this unique band of brothers of the Lodge. Additionally, two other brothers were recognized for their 50- years of dedication to the Fraternity: Bro. Edward McCarthy, P.M. and Bro. James Doolittle. Due to family circumstances, they could not attend, requesting that their individual awards be mailed. Approximately 35- brethren and friends attended an outstanding dinner prepared by DeeDee prior to the award presentation.

Brother Haworth was honored at Evergreen Lodge in Riverside for his 50 years of membership at a dinner and presentation on November 7, 2012. The honoree was escorted to the East to be pinned by his Grandson Tanner and then conducted to a place between the pillars to commemorate his journey in the Lodge. A biography of Brother Haworth was presented by Inspector, John Channon and the certificate was presented by Master, Greg Covel. After receiving his honors , the brother spoke about his participation on the Building Committee back in the 70s when the plans for the new building were being formulated. He conveyed fond memories of Wor. Stan Channon, Chairman, and many of those who served on that committee.
