Burn Awareness Week is Feb. 7–13, 2016. Shriners Hospitals for Children will use the week to kick off a year-long campaign focused on teaching adults and children to “Be Burn Aware,” especially at home. Evergreen Lodge, Ungava Chapter OES, and Amaranth joined together to host a New Year's Eve dinner party held at Evergreen Masonic Center . Appetizers, a steak dinner or Chicken Cordon Bleu , salad, rolls, vege, a chocolate fountain and sherbet filled the bellies. A satellite tv feed and DJ music provided the entertainment. Almost 60 people participated. The evening culminated in an apple cider toast .Thanks to the team that planned and executed this event. John Channon
