Public Schools Observance 2016
The evening of April 26, 2016 brought together the Brethren and friends of Temescal Palms Lodge #314 with staff and students from the Corona-Norco Unified School District for our annual Public Schools Observance Program. Temescal Palms honored an exemplary student was from each high school in the District with certificates of accomplishment from State Senator Richard Roth, Riverside County Supervisor John Tavaglione, Congressman Ken Calvert, the City of Corona, and Temescal Palms Lodge. In addition, each student received, through the generosity of the Brethren, a check for $200 to assist in furthering their education. Adult staff, including Teachers of the Year, and other Employees of the Year from the District were awarded certificates recognizing their accomplishments as well. The Brethren of Temescal Palms continue to be impressed by the quality of the students and staff of the CNUSD and are proud to partner with them for this annual event.
